Monitor AMI Turbiwell 7027

Swan AMI Turbiwell

Swan AMI Turbiwell 7027 ia a high-precision, non-contact online nephelometer for continuous turbidity measurement compliant with ISO 7027.

The Swan AMI Turbiwell 7027 is a non-contact nephelometric turbidimeter designed for continuous turbidity monitoring in water treatment and industrial applications. Its unique optical design prevents the sample from contacting critical optical surfaces, eliminating fouling and maintaining long-term measurement stability.

Heated optics prevent condensation, ensuring accurate turbidity readings over extended operating periods with minimal maintenance. The instrument complies with ISO 7027 and operates without consumables or wear parts, making it a cost-effective solution for raw water, potable water, cooling water and effluent treatment systems.

Specifications

  • Non-contact design avoids optical surface fouling and eliminates measurement drifts.
  • LED light source ensures long life and stable measurements.
  • Heated optics prevent condensation effects for accurate results.
  • Integrated constant head ensures stable sample flow to the measuring chamber.
  • Cost-efficient operation is guaranteed, as no consumables or wear parts are required.
  • Manual or automated chamber draining for cleaning.
