The AMI Sodium A is a high-performance analyser designed for continuous monitoring of dissolved sodium in high-purity water systems. It operates reliably in samples with low pH (pH≥2 and pH<8 ), making it ideal for use after cation exchangers to alert about resin bed exhaustion. With a wide measuring range of 0.1–10,000 ppb, the AMI Sodium A ensures early detection of contamination protecting critical equipment and maintaining water quality in high purity water applications.

Specifications

  • Designed for acidic samples with low pH values (pH ≥ 2 and < 8), for example downstream of cation exchangers.
  • pH-controlled alkalising reagent addition using diisopropylamine with a maintenance-free air pump.
  • Optional second sample channel or automatic sample sequencer for up to six sample streams.
  • Simple two-point calibration with automatic storage of calibration history.
  • Integrated grab sample function for quick and easy spot checks.
